Upon payment confirmation, it takes us approx. 1-2 working days to pack and ship out your order. However due to the current COVID-19 situation, we will only mail out packages once a week on Saturdays.

We only provide the following mailing service:

• Smartpac/Registered Mail (Trackable) - $3.80 
  Delivery takes approx. 2-4 working days.
  The tracking number will be provided after the item is dispatched.
  

Items will be deposited into recipient's letterbox during delivery.

Customers will need to bear any additional cost relating to incomplete delivery or wrong address.

Currently we do not offer international shipping outside of Singapore due to the delays because of the COVID-19 situation. We will continue to monitor the situation and offer worldwide shipping when it gets better :)
